Screening interviews are the normal process for companies to weed out candidates for limited job opportunities. These screening interviews are expected to be quick and efficient ways to weed out unqualified candidates and short list potential candidates.
ScreeningGenie is a low cost, highly intelligent and effective system which caters to this need, by testing the candidates and rating them in General Problem Solving Aptitude and specific subject matter expertise.
How does it work?
ScreeningGenie is designed to be used for companies and their HR teams to screen candidates before scheduling any interviews.
ScreeningGenie has a pool of 1000s of questions and it randomly selects questions to give a statistically ideal mix of questions of various difficulties (Easy, Difficult, Brain Teasers). The questions appear in the ratio selected by the HR team and the tests are designed to be statistically identical to each other.
The test is time based and forces the candidates to use lateral thinking to solve problems. The time for each question differs and is based on a statistical analysis of 1000s of test takers and their statistical mean time.
